Espro Group has finished filling up with tenants the business center on 8th March Street. A long-term lease agreement was signed with the Delta company that occupied the last free storey of the building whose area is about 370 sq. m. The main kind of the company business is real estate security services.
“In the Business center on 8th March Street we were attracted by convenient location, availability of necessary infrastructure, and professional management. Our head office and the heart of our business - a monitoring station will be located here,” comments Ilia Rukhlov, General Director of the Delta company.
The Business center is a nine-storey administrative building with total area of 3,700 sq. m. The project is situated in the Moscow business zone and has good transport accessibility: it is near Airport metro station and major traffic arteries of the city - Leningradskoye and Dmitrovskoye highways, 2 km from the Third Transport Ring and 5 km from the Garden Ring (Sadovoye Koltso). After the Business center had been built, several tenants of the warehouse complex occupied additional office spaces. The tenants include such companies as DHL, OSG, Linxtelecom, Gaudi, and Ozon. On the first storey of the complex the Best Food company opened a cafe for the business center employees and visitors.
